I just wanna share my most recent experience with everyone. So, I decided to go downtown for a few drinks with my friends. We wanted to celebrate the end of the semester, no longer working at a dining hall, and graduation. Well, as many ladies do, we wanted to get free drinks. Well I zeroed in on a relatively cute guy, we flirted and danced a little, he even shared his drink with me. My friend who was our DD gave these new guys a ride home too--during which, my new friend asked me if instead of going all the way to my apartment why didn't I just stay with him instead.
ahahahaha. no. dude you didn't even buy me my own drink and you wanna ask me back to your place? i don't think so. (Not that buying a girl drinks will guarantee that she will go home with you, but it's a step in the right direction). Although, I'm not a girl who will go home with a guy on the first night anyways, but it's a definite no when I buy my own drinks (even though I'm perfectly capable of buying my own, as a broke college student it's definitely nice to have someone else chip in).
All in all, it was a good night and I even learned how to play darts.
